Chapter: Seeking The Girl's Permission
Narrated Abu Hurairah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: An orphan virgin girl should be consulted about herself; if she says nothing that indicates her permission, but if she refuses, the authority of the guardian cannot be exercised against her will. The full information rest with the tradition narrated by Yazid. Abu Dawud said: This tradition has also been transmitted in a similar way by Abu Khalid Sulaiman b. Hayyan and Mu'adh b. Mu'adh on the authority of Muhammad b. 'Amr. - Hadith Abu Dawud 2093 (islam)

Chapter: The purchase of animals and donkeys
Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah:
I was with the Prophet (ﷺ) in a Ghazwa (Military Expedition) and my camel was slow and exhausted. The Prophet came up to me and said, "O Jabir." I replied, "Yes?" He said, "What is the matter with you?" I replied, "My camel is slow and tired, so I am left behind." So, he got down and poked the camel with his stick and then ordered me to ride. I rode the camel and it became so fast that I had to hold it from going ahead of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) . He then asked me, have you got married?" I replied in the affirmative. He asked, "A virgin or a matron?" I replied, "I married a matron." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Why have you not married a virgin, so that you may play with her and she may play with you?" Jabir replied, "I have sisters (young in age) so I liked to marry a matron who could collect them all and comb their hair and look after them." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "You will reach, so when you have arrived (at home), I advise you to associate with your wife (that you may have an intelligent son)." Then he asked me, "Would you like to sell your camel?" I replied in the affirmative and the Prophet (ﷺ) purchased it for one Uqiya of gold. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) reached before me and I reached in the morning, and when I went to the mosque, I found him at the door of the mosque. He asked me, "Have you arrived just now?" I replied in the affirmative. He said, "Leave your camel and come into (the mosque) and pray two rak`at." I entered and offered the prayer. He told Bilal to weigh and give me one Uqiya of gold. So Bilal weighed for me fairly and I went away. The Prophet (ﷺ) sent for me and I thought that he would return to me my camel which I hated more than anything else. But the Prophet (ﷺ) said to me, "Take your camel as well as its price." - Hadith Al Bukhari 2097 (islam)

Divorced women remain in waiting for three periods, and it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs if they believe in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands have more right to take them back in this [period] if they want reconciliation. And due to the wives is similar to what is expected of them, according to what is reasonable. But the men have a degree over them [in responsibility and authority]. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise. - Quran Al-Baqarah(The Cow) 2:228 (islam)

O You who have believed, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before you have touched them, then there is not for you any waiting period to count concerning them. So provide for them and give them a gracious release. - Quran Al-Ahzab(The Confederates) 33:49 (islam)

And those who no longer expect menstruation among your women - if you doubt, then their period is three months, and [also for] those who have not menstruated. And for those who are pregnant, their term is until they give birth. And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him of his matter ease. - Quran At-Talaq(Divorce) 65:4 (islam)

Chapter: It is permissible for a father to arrange the marriage of a young virgin

'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) married her when she was seven years old, and he was taken to his house as a bride when she was nine, and her dolls were with her; and when he (the Holy Prophet) died she was eighteen years old. - Hadith Muslim 1422c (islam)

Chapter: The marrying of a daughter by her father to a ruler
Narrated `Aisha:
that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: I have been informed that `Aisha remained with the Prophet (ﷺ) for nine years (i.e. till his death). - Hadith Al Bukhari 5134 (islam)

Chapter: The father or the guardian cannot give a virgin or matron in marriage without her consent
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A matron should not be given in marriage except after consulting her; and a virgin should not be given in marriage except after her permission." The people asked, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! How can we know her permission?" He said, "Her silence (indicates her permission). - Hadith Al Bukhari 5136 (islam)

Chapter: It is recommended to marry virgins
Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported:
I married a woman, whereupon Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to me: Have you married? I said: Yes. He said: Is it a virgin or a previously married one (widow or divorced)? I said: With a previously married one, whereupon he said: Where had you been (away) from the amusements of virgins? Shu'ba said: I made a mention of it to 'Amr b. Dinar and he said: I too heard from Jabir making mention of that (that Allah's Apostle) said: Why didn't you marry a girl, so that you might sport with her and she might sport with you? - Hadith Muslim 715e (islam)

Chapter: Regarding A Virgin Who Was Married Off By Her Father Without He Consent
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
A virgin came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and mentioned that her father had married her against her will, so the Prophet (ﷺ) allowed her to exercise her choice. - Hadith Abu Dawud 2096 (islam)

Chapter: Wrapping oneself up

It is related that Abu Hurayra said, "I never sae al-Hasan without my eyes overflowing with tears. That is because the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, went out one day and he found me in the mosque. He took my hand and I went along with him. He did not speak to me until we reached the market of Banu Qaynuqa'. He walked around it and looked. Then he left and I left with him until we reached the mosque. He sat down and wrapped himself in his garment. Then he said, 'Where is the little one? Call the little one to me.' Hasan came running and jumped into his lap. Then he put his hand in his beard. Then the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, opened his mouth and put his mouth in his mouth. Then he said, O Allah, I love him, so love him and the one who loves him!'" - Hadith Adab 1183 (islam)

But if any man think that he behaveth himself uncomely toward his virgin, if she pass the flower of her age, and need so require, let him do what he will, he sinneth not: let them marry. - Bible 1 Corinthians 7:36 (bible)

[14]And Moses was wroth with the officers of the host, with the captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, which came from the battle.

[16]Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against the LORD in the matter of Peor, and there was a plague among the congregation of the LORD.
[17]Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him.
[18]But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves. - Bible Numbers 31:9-18 (bible torah)

Chapter: About swings
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) married me when I was seven or six. When we came to Medina, some women came. according to Bishr's version: Umm Ruman came to me when I was swinging. They took me, made me prepared and decorated me. I was then brought to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and he took up cohabitation with me when I was nine. She halted me at the door, and I burst into laughter. Abu Dawud said: That is to say: I menstruated, and I was brought in a house, and there were some women of the Ansari in it. They said: With good luck and blessing. The tradition of one of them has been included in the other. - Hadith Abu Dawud 4933 (islam)

Chapter: Consummation of marriage during the daytime without a marriage procession or lighting of fires
Narrated Aisha:
When the Prophet (ﷺ) married me, my mother came to me and made me enter the house (of the Prophet) and nothing surprised me but the coming of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) to me in the forenoon. - Hadith Al Bukhari 5160 (islam)

Chapter: A Man Marrying Off His Young Daughter

It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah married her when she was nine and he died when she was eighteen years old. - Hadith An Nasai 3258 (islam)

Chapter: Hyenas
It was narrated that Ibn Abu ‘Ammar, who is ‘Abdur-Rahman, said:
“I asked Jabir bin ‘Abdullah about hyenas: ‘Are they game (that can be hunted)?’ He said: ‘Yes.’ I said: ‘Can I eat them?’ He said: ‘Yes.’ I said: ‘Is this something that you heard from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)?’ He said: ‘Yes.’” - Hadith Ibn Majah 3236 (islam)

Yaḥyā ibn Muḥammad and Sālim ibn ‘Abdullāh would marry off their virgin daughters without consulting them. Mālik said, “that is what is done among us about the marriage of virgins.” Mālik said, “A virgin has no right to her property until she enters her house and her state (competence, maturity, etc.) is known for sure.” - Fiqh Muwatta 28.2-6 (islam)

The 'idda for a free woman who is widowed is four months and ten - Fiqh Rissala 33.2 (islam)

Istibra' is observed in the case of a slavegirl who changes ownership. - Fiqh Rissala 33.5 (islam)

A waltmg period is obligatory for a woman divorced after intercourse, whether the husband and wife are prepubescent, have reached puberty, or one has and the other has not.
Intercourse means copulation (def: n7. 7). If the husband was alone with her but did not copulate with her, and then divorced her, there is no waiting period. - Fiqh Umdat n9.2 (islam)
