Chapter: One who has intercourse with an animal
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone has sexual intercourse with an animal, kill him and kill it along with him. I (Ikrimah) said: I asked him (Ibn Abbas): What offence can be attributed to the animal/ He replied: I think he (the Prophet) disapproved of its flesh being eaten when such a thing had been done to it. Abu Dawud said: This is not a strong tradition. - Sahih:Abu Dawud:4464 (islam)
-Why kill the animal?
- Is it a victim?
- Can you eat the animal after that?
Chapter: One Who Has Intercourse With A Mahram Relative And One Who Has Intercourse With An Animal
It was narrated from Ibn`Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever has intercourse with a Mahram relative, kill him; and whoever has intercourse with an animal, kill him, and kill the animal.” - Sahih:Ibn Majah:2564 (islam)
-What is a Mahram, is it only for women or prepubescent female?
- What will happen if a father rapes her daughter, who is killed and punished?
- If you breastfeed a man in order to make him a Mahram (Ibn Majah 1944), If you are caught having sex, who is punished and who will die?
- Is it applicable today?
