Chapter: Umahatul-Awlad
Jabir bin `Abdullah was heard to say:
“We used to sell our slave women and the mothers of our children (Umahat Awaldina) when the Prophet (ﷺ) was still living among us, and we did not see anything wrong with that.” - Sahih:Ibn Majah:2517 (islam)
-Is it ok to sell the mother of your children?
- Is it ok to sell anyone period?
Chapter: Sold or rented date-palms which were pollinated, or land which was sown
Narrated Nafi', the freed slave of Ibn 'Umar:
If pollinated date-palms are sold and nothing is mentioned (in the contract) about their fruits, the fruits will go to the person who has pollinated them, and so will be the case with the slave and the cultivator. Nafi' mentioned those three things. - Sahih:Al Bukhari:2203 (islam)
-Does it mean the baby is separated from his or her mother?
Chapter: Selling by auction
Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah:
A man decided that a slave of his would be manumitted after his death and later on he was in need of money, so the Prophet (ﷺ) took the slave and said, "Who will buy this slave from me?" Nu'aim bin `Abdullah bought him for such and such price and the Prophet (ﷺ) gave him the slave. - Sahih:Al Bukhari:2141 (islam)
-How come Muslim says Islam forbid Slavery?
- Is this Hadith Daif?
- Is there a problem with the translation?
Chapter: The property of a bankrupt
Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah:
A man pledged that his slave would be manumitted after his death. The Prophet (ﷺ) asked, "Who will buy the slave from me?" Nu'aim bin `Abdullah bought the slave and the Prophet (ﷺ) took its price and gave it to the owner. - Sahih:Al Bukhari:2403 (islam)
-Why Mohamed didn't respect the pledge of the slave's master?
Chapter: If somebody sells a thing for a weak-minded person
Narrated Jabir:
A man manumitted a slave and he had no other property than that, so the Prophet (ﷺ) canceled the manumission (and sold the slave for him). Nu'aim bin Al-Nahham bought the slave from him. - Sahih:Al Bukhari:2415 (islam)
-Since the freeing of a slave is a good deed, does the master still benefits of it for his intention?
Chapter: The Pledge Of Slaves
It was narrated that jabir said:
"A slave came and pledged to the Prophet to emigrate, and the Prophet did not realize that he was a slave. Then his master came looking for him. The Prophet said: 'Sell him to me,' and he bought him for two black slaves. Then he did not accept the pledge from anyone until he asked: 'Is he a slave?"' - Sahih:An Nasai:4184 (islam)
-Should slaves be bought back if they become Muslims?
- What does it mean to pledge allegiance in this hadith?
Chapter: Permissibility of selling a Mudabbar
Jabir is reported to have said:
A person amongst the Ansar who had no other property declared a slave free after his death. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) sold him, and Ibn al-Nahham bought him and he was a Coptic slave (who) died in the first year of the Caliphate of Ibn Zubair. - Sahih:Muslim:997d (islam)
-Why don't Mohamed respected the will of the person?
- Is it because Mohamed condone slavery?
Chapter: The sin of a person who sells a free man
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah says, 'I will be against three persons on the Day of Resurrection: -1. One who makes a covenant in My Name, but he proves treacherous. -2. One who sells a free person (as a slave) and eats the price, -3. And one who employs a laborer and gets the full work done by him but does not pay him his wages.' " - Sahih:Al Bukhari:2227 (islam)
-Is there a fatwah from azarh about slavery (check google with حكم الاسترقاق في الاسلام الأزهر)?
- What is a free person, is a polytheist a free person, Is an idolater a free person in Islam?
- Can you just buy a slave at the market from a non-Muslim?
[3]And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

-If male is stronger, female can make more children why so much difference?
- Is it because Women are more fragile?
- Does God condone Slavery?
And if a man sell his daughter to be a maidservant, she shall not go out as the menservants do. - Bible:OT:Exodus 21:7 (bible torah)
