One who sells a free person (as a slave) and eats the price, -3. And one who employs a laborer and gets the full work done by him but does not pay him his wages.' " - Sahih:Al Bukhari:2227 (islam)
-Is there a fatwah from azarh about slavery (check google with حكم الاسترقاق في الاسلام الأزهر)?
- What is a free person, is a polytheist a free person, Is an idolater a free person in Islam?

It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri that the Prophet of Allah sent an army to Awtas. They met the enemy, fought them, and prevailed over them. They acquired female prisoners who had husbands among the idolaters. The Muslims felt reluctant to be intimate with them. Then Allah, the Mighty and Sublime revealed:
"Also (forbidden are) women already married, except those (slaves) whom your right hands possess," meaning, this is permissible for you once they have completed their 'Iddah. - Sahih:An Nasai:3333 (islam)
-At the battle of Awtas, the enemy was a coalition of Thaqifs, Hawazins, Joshimites, Saadites, they were polytheist, but does 4:24 is valid for Muslim husband?
- Why is Allah not clear about that?
Chapter: Regarding Intercourse With Captives
Abu Sa’id Al Khudri said “The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) sent a military expedition to Awtas on the occasion of the battle of Hunain. They met their enemy and fought with them. They defeated them and took them captives. Some of the Companions of Apostle of Allaah (ﷺ) were reluctant to have relations with the female captives because of their pagan husbands. So, Allaah the exalted sent down the Qur’anic verse “And all married women (are forbidden) unto you save those (captives) whom your right hand posses.” This is to say that they are lawful for them when they complete their waiting period. - Sahih:Abu Dawud:2155 (islam)
-If his companions were reluctant, why Mohamed and Allah gave the authorization anyway to do such horrible thing?
- Is it rape?
- What is a Sabaya?
Chapter: It is permissible to have intercourse with a female captive after it is established that she is not pregnant, and if she has a husband, then her marriage is annulled when she is captured
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (Allah her pleased with him) reported that at the Battle of Hanain Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) sent an army to Autas and encountered the enemy and fought with them. Having overcome them and taken them captives, the Companions of Allah's Messenger (may peace te upon him) seemed to refrain from having intercourse with captive women because of their husbands being polytheists. Then Allah, Most High, sent down regarding that:
" And women already married, except those whom your right hands possess (iv. 24)" (i. e. they were lawful for them when their 'Idda period came to an end). - Sahih:Muslim:1456a (islam)
-Does the companion were more moral than Mohamed and Allah?
- Is it only for Polytheist or is it valid for people of the book?
- The Quran is not clear, could it be valid for Muslim Captives?

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) sent a small army. The rest of the hadith is the same except this that he said:

Az-Zuhri said regarding a virgin slave-girl raped by a free man: The judge has to fine the adulterer as much money as is equal to the price of the female slave and the adulterer has to be flogged (according to the Islamic Law); but if the slave woman is a matron, then, according to the verdict of the Imam, the adulterer is not fined but he has to receive the legal punishment (according to the Islamic Law). - Sahih:Al Bukhari:6949 (islam)
-What if a man rape his own slave, is there fornication?

And do not marry polytheistic women until they believe. And a believing slave woman is better than a polytheist, even though she might please you. And do not marry polytheistic men [to your women] until they believe. And a believing slave is better than a polytheist, even though he might please you. Those invite [you] to the Fire, but Allah invites to Paradise and to forgiveness, by His permission. And He makes clear His verses to the people that perhaps they may remember. - Quran:Al-Baqarah 2:221 (islam)

And Allah has favored some of you over others in provision. But those who were favored would not hand over their provision to those whom their right hands possess so they would be equal to them therein. Then is it the favor of Allah they reject? - Quran:An-Nahl 16:71 (islam)

And never is it for a believer to kill a believer except by mistake. And whoever kills a believer by mistake - then the freeing of a believing slave and a compensation payment presented to the deceased's family [is required] unless they give [up their right as] charity. But if the deceased was from a people at war with you and he was a believer - then [only] the freeing of a believing slave; and if he was from a people with whom you have a treaty - then a compensation payment presented to his family and the freeing of a believing slave. Istibra' is observed in the case of a slavegirl who changes ownership. It is one menstruation. Ownership changes by selling, giving away, capture, or any other way. If the woman menstruates after being in the possession of the new master before he has bought her, then she does not have to observe an istibra' if she has not gone out. The istibra' for a child when she is sold is three months as it is for a woman who no longer menstruates. There is no istibra' for a woman who has never had intercourse. If someone buys a pregnant woman from another person or gains possession of her without a sale, should not go near her or enjoy her in any manner until she gives birth. [Omitted explanation) - Fiqh:Rissala:33.5 (islam)
