Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females. But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of one's estate. And if there is only one, for her is half. And for one's parents, to each one of them is a sixth of his estate if he left children. But if he had no children and the parents [alone] inherit from him, then for his mother is one third. And if he had brothers [or sisters], for his mother is a sixth, after any bequest he [may have] made or debt. Your parents or your children - you know not which of them are nearest to you in benefit. [These shares are] an obligation [imposed] by Allah. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise. - Quran:An-Nisa 4:11 (islam)
-Does it mean you cannot change the repartition ever?
- What will happen if a man decides an equal share between his daughter and his son, who is going to Hell?
- Let say, the daughter marries a wealthy man, is it fair for the brother to have to give up a third of his father's estate?
And for you is half of what your wives leave if they have no child. But if they have a child, for you is one fourth of what they leave, after any bequest they [may have] made or debt. And for the wives is one fourth if you leave no child. But if you leave a child, then for them is an eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt. And if a man or woman leaves neither ascendants nor descendants but has a brother or a sister, then for each one of them is a sixth. But if they are more than two, they share a third, after any bequest which was made or debt, as long as there is no detriment [caused]. [This is] an ordinance from Allah, and Allah is Knowing and Forbearing. - Quran:An-Nisa 4:12 (islam)
-Two daughters get 2/3 + father and mother 1/6 each they have 100% (2/3+1/6*2) of the inheritance (4:11), then how can you give 1/8 to the widows (4:12)?
Chapter: The people of Islam inheriting from the people of polytheism
It was narrated from Usamah bin Zaid, who attributed it to the Prophet (ﷺ):
“The Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever and the disbeliever does not inherit from a Muslim.” - Sahih:Ibn Majah:2729 (islam)
-If your partner become Christian, what will happen for the heritage, will your children inherit from him/her?
- What will happen if one of your children become an atheist?
The Prophet is more worthy of the believers than themselves, and his wives are [in the position of] their mothers. And those of [blood] relationship are more entitled [to inheritance] in the decree of Allah than the [other] believers and the emigrants, except that you may do to your close associates a kindness [through bequest]. That was in the Book inscribed. - Quran:Al-Ahzab 33:6 (islam)
-Is it possible for an Islamic state to go against this command?
Chapter: The sin of one who misses the 'Asr prayer (intentionally)
Narrated Ibn `Umar:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whoever misses the `Asr prayer (intentionally) then it is as if he lost his family and property." - Sahih:Al Bukhari:552 (islam)
-Since the asr prayer is in the middle of the afternoon, how can you do it if you work?
- What is the punishment for missing a prayer?
- Could your house be lit on fire and burnt down with you and your family inside as a punishment (Bukhari 2420)?
